The purpose of this tool is to create “Customer Delight” by providing Service which is both optimized and standardized. The tool will be linked with other components of ServiceNext enabling various contract information such as Customer details, Systems, PSP’s & Tasks to be utilized by maintenance service engineers easily as well as automatic report creation. The tool facilitates maintenance plan tracking together with capture of L&M opportunities as a result of inspection.
